Fresh off a Carnegie Hall appearance, internationally acclaimed pianist Assel Jean-Pierre Jr. brings his vibrant mix of jazz, Latin rhythms and modern soul to our intimate listening room. After numerous performances as a sideman, Assel now makes his Judson’s Live debut as a bandleader.

Grounded in jazz and shaped by vibrant Caribbean beats, Assel showcases his original work along with fan favorites and select classical pieces. Joined by a world-class trio and featuring special guests, the show moves easily between groove and lyricism, creating a musically layered landscape of Latin fire and classical elegance.
