You can log into your Dr. Phillips Center Account by clicking the “Login” icon at the top right-hand corner of the Dr. Phillips Center website.
Your tickets are located in your Digital Wallet, at wallet.drphillipscenter.org. You can also access your Digital Wallet from your Dr. Phillips Center Account.

48 hours before your scheduled performance date and time, a live QR code will appear in your Digital Wallet. If you prefer to use your Apple Wallet, this is when you can download your ticket from the Dr. Phillips Digital Wallet to your Apple Wallet.

For the security of your tickets, please do not screenshot the QR code.
We recommend you add your ticket(s) to your phone’s wallet at least 48 hours before the performance to avoid a delay in accessing your seat.

Yes. However, if you plan on transferring tickets, we recommend you do so in advance.
Yes. You can cancel the transfer and reclaim the tickets at any time. You can always see the status of all of your tickets including those you have transferred when viewing the event in your account.

Renewals

Renewals for the 26/27 season start February 17, 2026. Auto Renew will run on Thursday, February 26, 2026, giving you time to review the season lineup.

Once your payment clears, you can begin adding season options. If you would like to get started on February 17, you can manually renew your season subscription in your Dr. Phillips Center Account.
Subscribers are enrolled in Auto Renew. We recommend updating your credit card information and selecting your preferred card on account.

Go to My Subscriptions, select Manage Auto Renew and follow the instructions to select your primary credit card or opt out of Auto Renew.

Automatic Renewal

All subscribers are enrolled in Auto Renew and automatically renew into the full season package.

You have 30 days from the season announcement on February 17, 2026, to cancel by filling out this cancellation form.

If you opt out before February 24, 2026, you will not be charged. After that date, a full refund is available if requested in writing within the 30-day window.
Yes. If you want to avoid charges for the 26/27 season, you must opt-out of auto renewal before February 24, 2026 by logging into your Dr. Phillips Center Account. This will not automatically cancel your subscription; you have until the renewal deadline to either manually renew your subscription or your seats will be released when the renewal period ends.

By opting out, you are not cancelling your subscription. You can still renew by logging into your account and manually renewing your subscription package. Failure to renew your subscription by the renewal deadline will result in the cancellation of your subscription and the release of your seats.

Upgrades, Exchanges & Additional Packages

Yes, once the renewal period ends and you have renewed your subscription, subscribers will be invited to make changes to their subscription package. At this time subscribers can do any of the following:
  • Move their seats
  • Add additional packages
  • Change their day/time
Your easy, self-service account allows you to review and choose new seats and add additional packages using an interactive seat map. You can also change the day/time of your package at this time.

Previously the fees were rolled up into the total subscription package price. On the new ticketing platform pricing information is displayed differently, however it is still in line with the overall package pricing from previous seasons.
The Patron subscription package provides priority access to premium seat locations (Orchestra rows AA-P, Mezzanine Center Rows A-D, Mezzanine Left and Right Rows A-B, and all Boxes) and parking for the City Commons Garage for subscription performances.

Payment Plans

Yes. Subscribers can enroll in a payment plan that divides the subscription cost over multiple interest-free installments, with automatic credit card billing. If you choose to complete your purchase through payment plan, after your first payment, your credit card will be automatically charged on the dates below. A valid credit card is required. The billing address must be updated in your account for the credit card payment to be processed.

Season options added between February 17 and February 26, 2026, are eligible for the payment plan.

Options added after February 26, 2026, must be paid in full at the time of purchase and are not eligible for the payment plan.

Additional Tickets & Exchanges

Based on availability, subscribers will be invited to purchase additional tickets ahead of the public. Login to your account to purchase additional tickets for individual shows.

Please note: Orders that exceed the ticket limit (8) will be canceled without notice, including multiple orders with the same account, billing address or credit card. Additional tickets are subject to availability. A handling fee per ticket will apply at checkout.
Yes, subscribers can exchange tickets into another performance of the same show. For most shows, you have up to 48 hours prior to your performance (or by 5pm Friday for weekend shows) to complete your exchanges.

If you exchange into a higher priced seat location or performance, the difference will be charged during the process. When exchanging into less expensive seating locations, the difference in price will be issued as a credit to your account. Some restrictions may apply.
