About the Host

Founder of BourbonBlog.com, bourbon expert Tom Fischer raises the bar on what tastings can be. For nearly 20 years, Tom has explored rickhouses, judged spirits competitions, written about bourbon and followed its growth and story. From his appearance as the featured Bourbon expert on the hit Netflix series Heist to stages at food and wine festivals across the country, he’ll bring that experience to each of these tasting events.

About the Band

With their foot-stomping rhythms, sing-along choruses and flourishes of mandolin and dobro, Orlando-based band Beemo weaves together folk, Americana and string traditions with a polished modern take. Playing original music as well as creative covers, Beemo has garnered a treasured following after nearly a decade performing locally.

While some whiskey and bourbon lineups or themes may shift slightly based on availability, each event will still feature curated pours that fit the theme.
